2022 Preliminary Webster Town Budget now available online

Webster, NY - ‘Tis the season of the Webster Town Budget ― when the Webster Town Board works with various department heads to come up with a projected budget for next year.

The Town of Webster recently posted its 2022 Preliminary Budget online for residents to review and compare to the 2021 budget to see where changes were made.

According to the proposed budget, it seems members of the Town Board will see a salary increase, with a combined budget salary of $83,604 (compared to $81,976 in 2021). Individually, that breaks down to $20,766 per board member.

The Webster Town Supervisor appears to not be receiving a salary increase; his salary will remain $111,665 in 2022.

A public hearing allowing residents to ask any questions or express any concerns regarding the proposed budget will take place Thursday, October 21 at 7:30 p.m.
