Webster, NY - The Webster Democratic Committee has announced its 2021 candidates to run for the Webster Town Board of Trustees in the November election. The selected candidates are Danielle Palermo-Jimenez, Ashley Teague, and Sid Bahl.
Danielle Palermo-Jimenez, leader of the Webster Democratic Committee, is running for Webster Town Supervisor. She is endorsed by both the Webster Democrats and the NYS Working Families Party.
According to the Webster Democratic Committee website, Palermo-Jimenez recently worked as a Volunteer Coordinator at St. Ann’s Community at Cherry Ridge. She ran her own business, Zen of Organization. She is a strong advocate for the elderly. Previously, she served as Project Connect Coordinator at LDA Life and Learning Services, developing programs for individuals with a variety of different needs and learning styles as well as community outreach.
Palermo-Jimenez has created and increased in-kind donations to help support organizations, as well as planned and executed conferences and events on a large scale.
She lives in Webster with her husband Hiram and five children.
“I am so honored and thrilled to be endorsed by the NYS Working Families Party where progressive values, social justice initiatives, and family values are the priority!” Palermo-Jimenez wrote (following her endorsement) on her official Facebook page.

Ashley Teague is running for one of the two Webster Town Board seats up for election. She is endorsed by both the Webster Democrats and the NYS Working Families Party.
Teague is running on a platform dedicated to improving mental healthcare and increasing mental health awareness in the community, especially in schools.
Sid Bahl is running for the other Webster Town Board seat up for grabs. Bahl’s background includes business, public relations, and legal experience.

Bahl is originally from Boston, MA. He and his wife moved to Webster after graduating from law school several years ago. He has served on several boards, committees, and sections of various organizations, including the Monroe County Bar Association. Bahl is a first-generation American (his parents were born in India), so he is running on a platform that primarily focuses on diverse initiatives.
The Webster Republican Committee announced its 2021 candidates for Webster Town Board earlier this year.
Great the Democrats have come up with candidates for the 2021 election run. Wonder if they learned anything from the 2019 election where the Town Board candidates like Danielle got beaten bad at the polls. You need to show up at Town Board meetings, ask questions, get involved or your going no where this year. Why hasn't the current Supervisor done any of his 2019 platform promises which you also ran on Danielle? Question, Question, and keep on it or you loose.
Town Board members running why has the current Town Board voted every single time (except Abbott) with the Supervisor on every single issue yet the Supervisor has yet to bring forth a new idea in 16 months.
