Webster, NY - The Friends of Webster Trails had its first workday of 2021 on Saturday, April 17.

Two projects were on the schedule. The newly acquired State Road Preserve needed trail work with brush and tree removal and a bridge over a small creek. Eight folks turned out for these activities in very muddy conditions.

The second project was to pick up trash along the Hojack Trail adjacent North Ponds Park and points east. This area is prone to lots of debris due to high use and the adjacent commercial areas. Twenty-seven showed up for this project, including many Scouts.
