Male threatens female with firearm in Village of Webster

Webster PD took the male into custody without incident

Webster, NY - A male armed with a firearm threatened a female in the Village of Webster on March 31. The Webster Police Department released information on the incident on its Facebook page.

According to WPD, on March 31, a male and a female got into an argument at a house in the Kircher Park area. During the altercation, the male armed himself with a firearm and threatened the female.

The female was able to escape the location unharmed and the police were called.

“It took a while for us to make contact with the male,” WPD wrote.

Upon making contact with the male, WPD says he came out of the house and was taken into custody without incident.

The incident is still under investigation.

The Monroe County Sheriff's Office assisted WPD.
