Confirmed Cases

There are 34 confirmed cases of COVID-19 in Monroe County.

New Cases

Of the 34 confirmed cases, 4 confirmed cases are new since our update yesterday afternoon at 4 p.m.

The new individuals include:

• 1 Male in his 30s

• 1 Male in his 50s

• 1 Male in his 70s

• 1 Female in her 70s

Hospitalized patients

Of the 34 confirmed cases, 11 people are hospitalized.

Deaths related to COVID-19

• 1 patient

Mandatory Quarantine

The Health Department has placed 195 people into mandatory quarantine and isolation.

Additional Details

Reminder about testing: individuals who are under quarantine should proceed as if they were exposed to COVID-19, but they should not be tested if they are not symptomatic.
