The Monroe County Public Health Department just released a flyer with a list of “dos” and “don’ts” for residents to use as guidelines for celebrating Halloween safely this year during the COVID-19 pandemic.
New York is not banning residents from trick-or-treating, but strongly urges people to take precautionary measures to prevent the spread of the virus.
