Village grants Final Site Plan Approval (Phase 1) for townhouse community

Webster, NY - The Village of Webster Zoning Board of Appeals granted both Final Subdivision Approval and Final Site Plan Approval for Phase 1 of a proposed 124-unit townhouse community, to be located at the southeast corner of Rte. 250 and State Road.

The Village of Webster ZBA granted Final Subdivision and Final Site Plan Approval for Phase 1 at its Feb. 18, 2021 meeting.

Phase 1 permits the developer to construct 31 of the 124 units.

The Project

The project application was described on the ZBA’s Feb. 18 agenda as follows:

BME Associates, on behalf of Pride Mark Homes, under contract for 44.1 (+/-) acres on the southeast corner of Rte. 250 and State Road, Tax ID # 095.06-1-2. Applicant is appearing before the Village of Webster Zoning Board of Appeals for the following items: (1) Final subdivision approval for a 124 townhouse lots/units and a proposed community center to be developed in 4 sections or phases, pursuant to 137-5 G. of the Village Code. (2) Final site plan or controlled site approval for section/phase 1 to develop 31 units, pursuant to 175-14 B. (8) & 175-40 of Village Code. Property Zoned R2-9.6.

Approval of Phase 1 does not guarantee approval for the other three phases of the development without further review.
