Webster PD arrests teen for Reckless Endangerment

Webster, NY - The Webster Police Department has arrested Buen J. Rivera, 18, for firing a gun during a heated argument earlier this month on Shadow Wood Lane.

On November 2, Rivera had been part of an aggressive, verbal argument when he suddenly pulled a handgun from the trunk of his vehicle and fired one round at the ground in the general direction of the victims.

Rivera then took off in his vehicle at high speed. He was arrested on November 5 and charged with Reckless Endangerment 1st Degree and Criminal Possession of a Weapon 2nd Degree.

No one was injured during the incident. It was reported that Rivera and the victims knew each other, and this was not a random act.
