Petit Larceny, 1034 Ridge Road (Old Navy)

3/4/2020 - Suspects: Unknown. Officers responded to Old Navy for the report of a larceny in progress. Upon officers’ arrival, it was learned that the vehicle had just left the area with the suspects. Officers located the vehicle nearby and attempted to stop it. The vehicle took off at a high rate of speed and officers did not chase it. Store employees advised approximately $250 of merchandise was taken.

Driving While Ability Impaired - Drugs, Various Traffic Offenses, Five Mile Line Road/Route 104

3/5/2020 - Suspect: Kunz, James J. Officers stopped a vehicle in the area of Five Mile Line Road and Route 104 for a NYS Vehicle and Traffic Offense. Upon speaking with the driver, he was evaluated and subsequently arrested for driving while ability impaired by drugs. He was issued an appearance ticket.

Driving While Intoxicated, Various Traffic Offenses, Joran Drive

3/7/2020 - Suspect: Raucci, Allison. Officers responded to Joran Drive for the report of a suspicious vehicle in the area. The vehicle was located in the area and the occupant was identified. They were evaluated and subsequently arrested for driving while intoxicated. He was issued an appearance ticket.

3/7/2020 - Suspect(s): Unknown. Officers responded to Mill Stream Run for the report of a larceny. Upon officers’ arrival, the victim reported that someone stole their Amazon package.

Driving While Intoxicated, Various Traffic Offenses, Ridge Road

3/7/2020 - Suspect: Mihill, Alex T. Officers responded to the area of 600 block Ridge Road for the report of a motor vehicle crash. While investigating the accident, the driver of one of the vehicles was evaluated and subsequently arrested for driving while intoxicated. He was issued an appearance ticket.

Burglary 2nd, Grand Larceny 4th, Stafford Crescent

3/8/2020 - Suspect(s): Unknown. Officers responded to Stafford Crescent for the report of a larceny. Upon officers’ arrival, the victim reported that someone entered their attached garage and stole property valued at approximately $2,000.

Identity Theft 3rd, Mill Stream Run

3/9/2020 - Suspect(s): Unknown. Officers responded to Mill Stream Run for the report of a fraud. Upon officers’ arrival, the victim advised that someone opened up a credit card using their identifying information and charged approximately $491 to it.

Identity Theft 1st, Lake Road

3/9/2020 - Suspect(s): Unknown. Officers responded to Lake Road for the report of a fraud. Upon officers’ arrival, the victim advised that someone accessed their bank accounts and charged approximately $7,097 to them.

Criminal Mischief 3rd, Country Manor Way

3/9/2020 - Suspect: Scahill, James. Officers responded to Country Manor Way for the report of a dispute. Upon officers’ arrival, the victim advised that the suspect had been visiting someone in the area and became belligerent. Upon asking the suspect to leave, he damaged approximately $500 of their property. He was arrested and issued an appearance ticket.

Criminal Mischief 3rd, Country Manor Way

3/9/2020 - Suspect: Scahill, James. Officers responded to Country Manor Way for the report of someone damaging a vehicle. Upon officers’ arrival, the victim stated that they asked the suspect to leave them alone. He then went to their vehicle and punctured all four tires of the vehicle. The suspect was arrested and issued an appearance ticket.

Identity Theft 3rd, Forgery 3rd, Lake Road

3/10/2020 - Suspect(s): Unknown. Officers responded to Lake Road for the report of a forgery. Upon officers’ arrival, the victim stated that a check had been stolen from them at an unknown location and fraudulently cashed for approximately $65.

Burglary 2nd, Grand Larceny 4th, Robindale Drive

3/10/2020 - Suspect(s): Unknown. Officers responded to Robindale Drive for the report of a burglary. Upon officers’ arrival, the victim advised that someone stole approximately $6,650 from the location.
