Endangering the Welfare of a Child, Country Manor Way

3/9/2020 - Suspect: Infantino, Catherine K. Officers responded to Country Manor Way for the report of an overdose. Upon officers’ arrival, it was learned that the two adults in the apartment were using drugs in the presence of a child. Infantino was arrested and issued an appearance ticket.


Driving While Intoxicated, Various Traffic Offenses, 1000 Block, Ridge Road

3/10/2020 - Suspect: Balewick, Daniel S. Officers responded to the area of 1055 Ridge Road for the report of a driver slumped over the wheel. Officers located the vehicle and evaluated the driver. He was subsequently arrested for driving while intoxicated and was issued an appearance ticket.


Criminal Possession of a Forged Instrument 1st, Petit Larceny, 1418 Ridge Road (Trimbles Mobil)

3/10/2020 - Suspect(s): Unknown. Officers responded to Trimbles Mobil for the report of a forgery. Upon officers’ arrival, the owner advised that someone passed counterfeit money at the location.

3/10/2020 - Suspect(s): Unknown. Officers responded to Mobil for the report of a forgery. Upon officers’ arrival, staff advised that someone passed counterfeit money at the location.


Driving While Ability Impaired - Drugs, Various Traffic Offenses, 600 Block, Ridge Road

3/11/2020 - Suspect: Filonovich, Peter M. Officers stopped a vehicle in the area of Ridge Road for a NYS Vehicle and Traffic Offense. Upon speaking with the driver, officers evaluated and subsequently arrested him for driving while ability impaired by drugs. He was issued an appearance ticket.


Petit Larceny, 819 Ridge Road (Tim Hortons)

3/13/2020 - Suspect: Unknown. Officers responded to Tim Hortons for the report of a larceny. Upon officers’ arrival, the manager advised that the suspect entered the store and conducted a “flim flam” type scam, stealing approximately $60 in the process.


Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7th, 828 Ridge Road

3/14/2020 - Suspects: Miller, Melissa M; Miner, Brooke N. Officers responded to 828 Ridge Road for the report of a suspicious vehicle. Officers located the vehicle along with both suspects inside of it. They were using various controlled substances. They were taken into custody and issued appearance tickets.


Robbery 1st, Burglary 1st, Grand Larceny 4th, Criminal Mischief 3rd, Endangering the Welfare of a Child, Unlawful Imprisonment 2nd, 1058 Gravel Road

3/15/2020 - Suspect(s): Unknown. Officers responded to 1058 Gravel Road for the report of a robbery. Upon officers’ arrival, the victims stated that three unknown males forced their way into an apartment with firearms. They stole approximately $2,600 of property prior to leaving.


Petit Larceny, 925 Holt Road (Kohl’s)

3/15/2020 - Suspect: Wirt, Meg E. Officers responded to Kohl’s for the report of a larceny in progress. Upon officers’ arrival, store employees advised that the suspect stole approximately $92 of merchandise prior to leaving the store. She was taken into custody and issued an appearance ticket.


Grand Larceny 4th, 800 Block, Holt Road

3/17/2020 - Suspect(s): Unknown. Officers responded to Holt Road for the report of a stolen vehicle. Upon officers’ arrival, the victim advised that during the overnight hours, someone stole their vehicle.


Petit Larceny, 935 Ridge Road (CVS)

3/20/2020 - Suspect: Unknown. Officers responded to CVS Pharmacy for the report of a larceny. Upon officers’ arrival, employees advised that the suspect stole approximately $33 of merchandise prior to leaving the store.


Petit Larceny, London Road

3/20/2020 - Suspect(s): Unknown. Officers responded to London Road for the report of a larceny. Upon officers’ arrival, the victim advised that during the overnight hours someone entered their unlocked vehicle and stole change out of it.

3/20/2020 - Suspect: Unknown. Officers responded to CVS Pharmacy for the report of a larceny. Upon officers’ arrival, employees advised that the suspect stole approximately $100 of merchandise prior to leaving the store.
