Petit Larceny, 1050 Ridge Road (Target), 12/15/2020
Suspect: Krepps, Harold J. (DOB: 01/18/1981). Officers responded to Target for the larceny in progress. Upon arrival, officers spoke with Loss Prevention, who reports that the suspect had tried to return items with a receipt from a previous purchase. Employees report that the suspect was switching tags on items, and then attempted to return them for full price. The suspect was arrested, processed, and released with an appearance ticket.
Criminal Mischief 4th, Woodland Lane, 12/16/2020
Suspect: Unknown. Officers responded to Woodland Lane for a criminal mischief report. The victim reports that during the early morning hours, someone broke their mailbox post. The homeowner reports hearing a noise at 1:30 a.m., but did not see anything.
Burglary 2nd, Salori Court, 12/16/2020
Suspect: Unknown. Officers responded to Salori Court for the burglary report. Officers spoke with the victim who reports that he left his garage door slightly open for ventilation, and during the overnight hours, an unknown suspect entered his garage and stole $800 in tools. Investigation to continue.
Petit Larceny, Creekside Trail, 12/16/2020
Suspect: Unknown. Officers responded to Creekside Trail for a larceny complaint. The victim reports that, during the overnight hours, someone stole their Christmas decorations from the yard.
Grand Larceny 4th, Serene Park, 12/19/2020
Suspect: Unknown. Officers responded to Serene Park for the forgery report. The victim reports that they received an email from Amazon saying they had $1,500 in fraudulent purchases on their account; the victim was told to call a phone number to speak with a representative. The victim called the number, and the person who answered told them that they needed to purchase $1,500-worth of gift cards and to give him the card information. The victim complied, purchased the gift cards, and sent the card numbers to the suspect.
Grand Larceny 3rd, Identity Theft 2nd, 800 block Holt Road, 12/21/2020
Suspect: Unknown. Officers responded to Holt Road for the forgery report. The caller reports that someone used his bank account to cash a fraudulent check from his employer. The check was issued by his employer to a different name, who does not work for his employer. Investigation to continue.
Robbery 3rd, Grand Larceny 4th, Harassment 2nd, 900 block Holt Road
Suspect: Unknown. Officers responded to Holt Road for the report of a stolen vehicle. Upon arrival, officers spoke with the victim who reports that he was at the Webster Plaza waiting for his next Uber customer. The victim reports that a male suspect flagged him down and said he ordered an Uber ride back to Rochester. The suspect got into his vehicle and started coughing. The victim asked the suspect to wear a mask, and the suspect became irate and punched the victim in the head. The victim then pulled over and the male started yelling and then took the victim’s phone and punched him in the head again and threw the phone out the window. The victim got out of his vehicle to retrieve his phone, and the suspect drove away with the vehicle. The vehicle was involved in a motor vehicle accident in the City of Rochester and recovered. The suspect was not located. Investigation to continue.
Petit Larceny, Warrant Arrest, 915 Ridge Road (Aldi), 12/23/2020
Suspect: Unnamed. Officers responded to Aldi for a larceny in progress. Upon arrival, officers were advised by store employees that the male suspect was cooperative and had returned the stolen merchandise. Officers located the suspect and identified him. The store manager refused to prosecute, so the suspect was advised to not return to Aldi. The officer was notified by dispatch that this suspect had an active arrest warrant out of the Town of Greece, so he was arrested and transported to the Greece Police Department.
Petit Larceny, High Vista Trail, 12/23/2020
Suspect: Unknown. Officers responded to High Vista Trail for the larceny report. The victim reports that someone entered his unlocked vehicle and stole $80 from his wallet.
Motor Vehicle Accident, Driving While Intoxicated, Ridge Road, 12/23/2020
Suspect: Sieper, Brianna M. (DOB: 08/27/1999). Officers responded to Ridge Road and Five Mile Line Road for the motor vehicle accident. One of the drivers was interviewed and, as a result of the interview, the driver was asked to perform field sobriety tests. The officer determined that the driver was impaired by alcohol. The driver was subsequently arrested for Driving While Intoxicated, was transported to Webster PD for processing, and released with an appearance ticket.
Petit Larceny, 900 Five Mile Line Road (Lowe’s), 12/24/2020
Suspect: Pata, Nicholas (DOB: 11/19/1991). Officers responded to Lowe’s for the larceny report. Upon arrival, officers spoke with employees who reported that a male suspect stole $397-worth of tools. The suspect was arrested, transported to the police department, and released with an appearance ticket.
Burglary 2nd, Cuddy Court, 12/24/2020
Suspect: Unknown. Officers responded to Cuddy Court for the burglary report. Upon arrival, officers spoke with the victim who reports that, sometime during the day, a person entered their home. The victim reports that they returned home and found that the front door was tampered with, the front door lock was damaged, and the door was open. The victim reports that nothing appeared to be stolen or damaged inside the house. Investigation to continue.
Grand Larceny 3rd, Commercial Street, 12/27/2020
Suspect: Unknown. Officers responded to Carriage Path Court to assist the Rochester Police Department with a motor vehicle accident in Rochester. RPD reports that a snowmobile registered to Carriage Path Court fell off a truck and caused an accident. Officers spoke with the homeowners at Carriage Path Court and learned that their snowmobile and trailer were supposed to be at Commercial Street. Officers learned that this trailer was stolen from Commercial Street on 12/26/2020. The snowmobile was recovered, but the trailer is still missing. Investigation to continue.

Suspect: Unknown. Officers responded to Commercial Street for a criminal mischief report. Upon arrival, officers spoke with the victim who reports that his trailer was damaged during the overnight hours. Investigation to continue.
Grand Larceny 3rd, Commercial Street, 12/27/2020
Suspect: Unknown. Officers responded to Commercial Street for a grand larceny report. Upon arrival, officers spoke with the victim who reports that his $2,000 trailer was stolen, and he received a call from some unknown male saying he found the trailer at Goodman Plaza in Rochester. The unknown male wanted a reward for the trailer. The victim reports that he recovered his trailer, and the trailer was missing some of the tools that were in it. Investigation to continue.
Criminal Contempt 2nd, Harassment 2nd, Kircher Park, 12/27/2020
Suspect: Liverman, David E. (DOB: 01/10/1987). Officers responded to Kircher Park for the disturbance report. Upon arrival, officers spoke with the victim who reports that her roommate started yelling and threatening her. The victim currently has an active Order of Protection against the suspect. The suspect was located on scene, arrested and transported to Webster PD, and processed and released with an appearance ticket.
Petit Larceny, 2111 Empire Blvd., Hertz Rental Car, 12/28/2020
Suspect: Unknown. Officers responded to Hertz Rental Car for the larceny report. The store manager reports that a Florida license plate was stolen from one of their vehicles. The last time they saw the plate was on 12/23/2020.
Petit Larceny, Identity Theft 3rd, Maryvale Drive, 12/28/2020
Suspect: Unknown. The victim came to the Webster Police Department to report that someone in Texas cashed a check that she had written to her son for Christmas. The victim reports that it was a copy of her check that was altered, had a different name on it, and was cashed at a bank in Texas. The victim’s bank reports that they need a police report for the fraud investigation.
Grand Larceny 3rd, Commercial Street, 12/28/2020
Suspect: Unknown. Officers responded to Commercial Street for a grand larceny report. The victim reports that his trailer was stolen from Commercial Street on 12/22/2020 during the overnight hours. On 12/30/2020, this trailer was recovered in the City of Rochester. Investigation to continue.
