Criminal Mischief 4th, Lenora Lane, 12/30/2020

Suspect: Clawson, Sandra L. (DOB: 08/02/1964). Officers responded to Lenora Lane for the criminal mischief report. Upon arrival, officers met with the victim who reports that her neighbor came over and vandalized her Christmas decorations. The victim reports that this is a common problem and wants to pursue charges. On 12/31/2020, the suspect was arrested for criminal mischief, processed, and released with an appearance ticket.

Petit Larceny, 900 Five Mile Line Road (Lowe’s), 12/30/2020

Suspect: Unknown. Officers responded to Lowe’s for the larceny report. Upon arrival, officers met with employees who report that, earlier in the day, a suspect entered the store and stole $904.94 worth of tools. Investigation to continue.

Menacing 2nd, Redon Circle, 12/31/2020

Suspect: Known (Unnamed). Officers responded to Redon Circle for the disturbance. Upon arrival, officers spoke with the victim who reports that she confronted a person going through the trunk of her vehicle. The victim reports that, during the confrontation, the suspect pulled a pair of scissors and threatened the victim. Investigation to continue.

Driving While Intoxicated, Shoecraft Road, 01/01/2021

Suspect: Gibson, Charles J. (DOB: 02/13/1991). Officers conducted a traffic stop on Shoecraft Road after observing multiple traffic infractions. The driver was subsequently arrested for Driving While Intoxicated and was transported to Webster PD where he was processed and released with an appearance ticket.

Driving While Intoxicated, Lake Road, 01/01/2021

Suspect: Jones, Trameic J. (DOB: 04/13/1996). Officers conducted a traffic stop on Lake Road after observing multiple traffic infractions. The driver was subsequently arrested for Driving While Intoxicated and was transported to Webster PD where he was processed and released with an appearance ticket.

Grand Larceny 4th, 900 Holt Road (Wegmans), 01/01/2021

Suspect: Unknown. Officers responded to Wegmans for the larceny report. The victim reports that she was at Wegmans and she was going to cash out at the register when she realized her wallet was missing from her purse. The victim reports that she did leave her purse alone in a shopping cart for a few moments while she went to a different aisle in the store. The victim did not see anyone in the area. Investigation to continue.

Grand Larceny 4th, 1050 Ridge Road (Target), 01/02/2021

Suspect: Diaz, Julian O. (DOB: 06/15/1996). Officers responded to Target for the larceny in progress. COR Security reports that the suspect had stolen $1,057.99 worth of merchandise and exited the store, got into a vehicle, and was leaving the area. Officers located the vehicle at Holt Road and Route 104 where they conducted a traffic stop. The suspect was detained and brought back to the store for a positive identification. The suspect was arrested, processed, and released with an appearance ticket.

Grand Larceny 3rd, Criminal Mischief 3rd, Boulter Industrial Parkway, 01/03/2021

Suspect: Unknown. Officers responded to Boulter Industrial Parkway for the stolen ATV report. The victim reports that, during the overnight hours, someone stole his ATV out of his enclosed trailer that he had parked at his shop. The suspect entered the trailer by cutting off the lock. A separate trailer was also damaged. Investigation to continue.

Assault 3rd, Resisting Arrest, Obstructing Government Administration, Webster Manor, 01/03/2021

Suspect 1: Patterson, Davevioneeya J. (DOB: 04/26/2002); Suspect 2: Dickman, Abigale R. (DOB: 12/15/2002). Officers responded to Webster Manor for a disturbance in progress. The homeowner at that location wanted both suspects to leave her residence. The suspects locked themselves in the bedroom and refused to speak with police or leave the residence. An argument ensued between the homeowner and the suspects. During the argument, Suspect 1 became angry with police and attempted to fight officers. This suspect ran towards an officer, pushed him to the ground, and started punching him multiple times. Another officer attempted to assist the officer on the ground, and that officer was bit by the homeowner’s dog. Suspect 2 attempted to obstruct the arrest of Suspect 1. Both suspects were arrested. Suspect 1, after being transported to the hospital and treated, was released with an appearance ticket. Suspect 2 was released with an appearance ticket.

Petit Larceny, 1050 Ridge Road (Target), 01/04/2021

Suspect 1: Brown, Renee I. (DOB: 03/18/1980); Suspect 2: Nichols, William (DOB: 06/19/1993). Officers responded to Target for the larceny in progress. Upon arrival, officers spoke with employees who reported that two suspects entered the store and stole Redbull and Enfamil and exited the store. Officers located the two suspects in the parking lot, and both were arrested, processed, and released with an appearance ticket.

Petit Larceny, Criminal Mischief 4th, Boulter Industrial Parkway, 01/04/2021

Suspect: Unknown. Officers responded to Boulter Industrial Parkway for a larceny report. The victim reports that his trailer was parked at an area business and, on 01/02/2021, someone damaged his trailer and stole the Generator and Air Compressor from inside. Investigation to continue.

Driving While Intoxicated, East Main Street, 01/05/2021

Suspect: Shorter, Jason M. (DOB: 09/05/1980). Officers conducted a traffic stop on East Main Street after observing multiple traffic infractions. The driver was subsequently arrested for Driving While Intoxicated and he was transported to Webster PD for processing and released with an appearance ticket.
