Suspect: Unknown. Officers responded to Country Manor Way for a customer trouble report. Upon arrival, officers spoke with the victim who reports that they noticed that their air conditioner was removed.
Grand Larceny 4th, Identity Theft 3rd, Dibbles Trail, 2/2/2021
Suspect: Unknown. Officers responded to Dibbles Trail for the identity theft report. The victim reports that an unknown suspect used her credit card to purchase an Apple iPad from Best Buy in Long Island. The victim reports that she contacted her financial institution, and they were able to stop the transaction.
Burglary 3rd, Criminal Mischief 4th, Oakmonte Blvd., 2/2/2021
Suspect: Unknown. Officers responded to Oakmonte Blvd. for the suspicious report. Upon arrival, officers spoke with the victim who reports that as he was snow blowing his driveway, his neighbor told him that someone was attempting to break into the rear sliding door on his house. The victim went to look and found his sliding glass door lock was damaged and there were footprints in the snow. Investigation to continue.
Grand Larceny 4th, Deerhurst Lane, 2/4/2021
Suspect: Unknown. Officers responded to Deerhurst Lane for the stolen vehicle report. Upon arrival, officers spoke with the victim who reports that he went outside to start his vehicle, to warm it up. The victim reports that he went inside for 10 minutes, and when he went back outside to his vehicle, it was gone. At about the same time, officers responded to the motor vehicle accident on Shoecraft Road. The victim’s vehicle was involved in that accident, and the vehicle was recovered by police. The suspect managed to escape prior to officers’ arrival. Investigation to continue.
Menacing 2nd, Strand Pond Circle and Cane Patch, 2/5/2021
Suspect: Loyd, Eric I. (DOB: 9/26/1980). Officers responded to Cane Patch for the menacing report. Upon arrival, officers located the suspect who reports that he had an altercation with a person down the street who almost caused a motor vehicle accident. Officers spoke with the victim who reports that they almost got into an accident with the suspect and he got out of his vehicle and began yelling, then he took a large knife out and began swinging it at the victim. The suspect was arrested, processed, and released with an appearance ticket.
Driving While Intoxicated, Lenora Lane, 2/9/2021
Suspect: Clawson, Sandra L. (DOB: 8/2/1964). Officers responded to a motor vehicle accident on Lenora Lane. The officer conducted an interview of the driver and, through their investigation, it was determined that the driver was impaired by alcohol. The driver was subsequently arrested for Driving While Intoxicated. The driver was transported to Webster PD for processing and released with an appearance ticket.
Identity Theft 3rd, Grand Larceny 3rd, Basket Road, 2/10/2021
Suspect: Unknown. Officers responded to Basket Road for the larceny report. The complainant reports that they observed over $10,000 worth of transactions over the last five years that were fraudulent. The transactions were made in Rhode Island and Texas. The bank is working with the complainant and victim to secure their accounts.
Identity Theft 3rd, Jackson Road, 2/10/2021
Suspect: Unknown. Officers responded to Jackson Road for the larceny report. The victim reports that their bank contacted them and said there was $542 in fraudulent charges on their credit card. The card was canceled, and the victim is working with their bank to secure their accounts.
Grand Larceny 4th, Deerhurst Lane, 2/12/2021
Suspect: Unknown. Officers responded to Deerhurst Lane for the larceny report. Upon arrival, officers met with the victim who reports that he had 3 packages delivered by FedEx. The victim reports that when he got home there were only 2 packages. He checked with FedEx and they reported that they delivered 3 packages. The missing package contained a $1,100 Apple iPhone.
Identity Theft 3rd, Lindsay Circle, 2/12/2021
Suspect: Unknown. Officers responded to the Webster Police Department for the walk-in report. The victim reports that someone used their name and social security number to file income taxes. The victim reports that they contacted the IRS and needed a police report for documentation purposes.
Criminal Mischief 4th, Deerhurst Lane, 2/14/2021
Suspect: Unknown. Officers responded to Deerhurst Lane for the criminal mischief report. The victim reports that someone placed a road cone on top of his vehicle while it was parked in the parking lot. The victim reports that it caused a scratch on his vehicle.
Driving While Intoxicated, V&T Law Violations, Bay Road, 2/14/2021
Suspect: Dennis, Malcom J. (DOB: 1/18/1982). Officers conducted a traffic stop on Bay Road for multiple traffic violations. The officer conducted an interview of the driver, and through their investigation, it was determined that the driver was impaired by alcohol. The driver was subsequently arrested for Driving While Intoxicated. The driver was transported to Webster PD for processing and released with an appearance ticket.
